Back in the 80s we go!

Headlines

Cooler than yesterday, Palm Springs recorded a high of 85° this afternoon. While it's still seven degrees above the average, it's a cool down many of us have been waiting for!

The ridge of high pressure has weakened its grasp on the west coast and temperatures have cooled accordingly, with the assistance of clouds. Partly cloudy skies will remain with the Coachella Valley through the work week.

Sunshine returns in time for the weekend along with a slight warm up back near 90° for Saturday.

We'll do the temperature change up again early next week with even cooler conditions, more clouds and the first shot at some rain this season.
