Calm and comfortable, warming into the weekend

High pressure building in across the Great Basin will bring very mild conditions today, with light NW breezes.

The Jetstream has moved a little farther North, pulling any storm activity farther into the Pacific N.W. and Canada, reducing storm impact in California. We will see highs slightly above our seasonal norms.

Winds will be in the 10 to 12 m.p.h. through the afternoon and evening.

We see temps on the rise into the weekend, with highs expected into the lower 90s into early next week.

By the end of next week, temps show some decrease as early season storm takes shape in the Pacific. That storm could also mean a chance of rain in the forecast by next weekend.
