First Alert Weather Alert goes into effect tomorrow as rain develops overnight. A massive “atmospheric river” storm approaching will bring up to 2.00″ of rain to the Valley and as much as 5.00″ to 6.00″ of rain to mountain communities. The storm will be most intense tomorrow midday, but we’re like to see rain develop
