Palm Springs police arrest stolen vehicle suspect
Palm Springs Police detained a stolen vehicle suspect who fled from officers on Thursday morning.
Officers were searching for the suspect in the 700 block of Spencer Road.

The suspect was identified as Jeffrey Howell, and he will be booked on felony charges.
