Suzanne Somers is selling her Palm Springs compound to the highest-bidder later this month.
The “Three’s Company” star is selling her 70-plus-acre estate located in the Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs.
The compound includes five French country style villas built on four levels, all accessible by funicular, private roads and stone pathways. The main residence contains a two-room kitchen with a hidden 5,000-bottle wine cellar, a formal dining room that seats 32 guests, and a living room that opens onto the rock-lined swimming pool. In total, the compound has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The property was previously listed at $14.5 million. The auction will be held on Jan. 31,
