PALM DESERT -Police say three Palm Desert businesses are in trouble for selling tobacco to minors.

Police sent in a 17-year-old decoy who tried to buy tobacco products at businesses all over the city.

Atoyac Meat Market and Country Club Liquor on Highway 111 and the Walgreens on Monterey just north of 111 are all accused of selling tobacco to the minor.

Workers were cited for the sales, and the stores could each have their tobacco licenses suspended.
