Woman Arrested For Sunday Rancho Mirage Shooting
A Rancho Mirage woman is in custody, accused in a shooting on Sunday at a local apartment complex.
Police say a 28-year-old, Andrea Auclair shot a man inside an apartment along the 69500 block of Rebecca Way in Rancho Mirage, Sunday afternoon.
Officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was hospitalized, but his condition is not known.
His name hasn’t been released.
Police arrested Auclair, who’s behind bars, facing a number of related charges.
Child protective services also took custody of two young children.
