Missing Person Out of Desert Hot Springs
Desert Hot Springs Police released a missing person alert for a 22-year-old male.
Tommy Rae Osborne is 5’10”, 198 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes, according to police.
He was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night at his residence, located at the 66500 block of Desert View in Desert Hot Springs. He was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Police say Osborne is bi-polar and schizophrenic.
