Flood waters flow through Thousand Palms
A fast moving rain storm sent a wall of water through a Thousand Palms neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
At around 3pm, after the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Coachella Valley, rain began to fall at rapid pace in various parts of the Coachella Valley.
Several roadways were reduced to one lane in Cathedral City, Palm Springs and other parts of the Valley.
A neighborhood in the Eastern Section of Thousand Palms near Shadow Mountain Lane saw a wall of water rush towards homes in the area.
The Flash Flood Warning expired just after 4pm.
