Local cowboy honors veterans on D-Day Anniversary

Pete Martinez is a Nashville recording artist who spends a lot of time here in the desert. His song, “We Thank You” is a tribute to veterans he wrote for the Greatest Generations Foundation. He sat down with News Channel 3’s John White at the Palm Springs Air Museum where he spent a lot of time gaining inspiration for the song. Martinez is in France for the 70th anniversary of D-Day to perform the song.
