Suspect arrested in deadly hit and run

A man in Orange County is accused in a hit and run that took the lives of 3 teenage girls who were trick or treating on Halloween. Officers say 31-year old Jaquinn Bell was driving on a suspended license. Police arrested him yesterday. They say he fled the scene and had his two children with him at the time. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department says the victims were twin sisters Lexi and Lexandra Perez and the third victim was Andrea Gonzalez. The California Department of Motor Vehicles says Bell’s license was suspended for excessive alcohol violations on october 4th.
