Suspect arrested on burglary charges in Cathedral City

Police arrested a 21-year-old man accused of residential burglary after serving a search warrant at a Cathedral City home on Thursday.

Anthony Gonzalez of Cathedral City, 21, was taken into custody after the investigation led police to a home in the 30900 block of San Antonio Drive.

According to a release from Detective Sergeant Paul Herrera with the Cathedral City Police Department, Gonzalez was booked for residential burglary, possession of stolen property and illegal possession of large capacity pistol and rifle magazines.
