Pedestrian hit by car in Desert Hot Springs

Desert Hot Springs Police are investigating an accident that has sent a pedestrian to the hospital.

According to Commander Henson of the Desert Hot Springs Police Department, they got a call around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle on Two Bunch Palms near Palm Drive.

The woman hit by the car was transported to the hospital, and her condition is unknown at this time.

Two Bunch Palms between Palm Ave and Caliente Drive were shut down by police as they investigated.
