At-risk adult found in good condition

The Palm Springs Police Department has located a missing at-risk man who hadn’t been heard from since Monday afternoon.

According to a release from Lieutenant Mike Kovaleff, 63-year-old Dean Luke Lowerre was found in good condition. Kovaleff released the information Tuesday at 8:43 a.m.

Police began searching for Lowerre after he was last seen at Premier Care at 2990 E. Ramon Road in Palm Springs at 12:30 p.m. Monday. He was considered “at-risk” due to urgent medical needs.

Officers, with assistance from the PSPD Mounted Search and Rescue, PSPD Citizen’s on Patrol, and a CHP helicopter, searched the area for Lowerre. He was considered “at-risk” due to urgent medical needs.

Officers didn’t say where he was found or where he had been overnight.
