Man caught on camera stealing package with rosaries in Indio
Do you recognize this man? He was caught on camera last week grabbing a package right from the front patio of a residence in the Las Colinas neighborhood of Indio on the around 10:40 a.m. on October 9.
The package contained rosaries and bracelets purchased for a spiritual retreat. The estimated value of the items is 40 dollars.
The homeowner hasn’t encountered this issue in the area before but says that within the gated community two cars have previously been stolen, one car has been broken into, and his neighbor has had an old pair of shoes stolen from his front stoop.
According to the homeowner, the package thief appeared to be driving an all-black Volkswagon Passat or Jetta and had been roving around the neighborhood for four hours looking for packages to snatch.
