Highs will range between 10 and 15 degrees above normal through the weekend, but remain below record levels. Most of the Western U.S. will see above average highs into next week.

The "coolest" day of the week is likely tomorrow, with modestly cooler air sitting over SoCal.

Today expect plenty of sunshine and highs near 84.

Next week a more significant cooling trend arrives by midweek.
