Shooting death in Bermuda Dunes
Police were investigating a shooting that left one man dead inside a Bermuda Dunes home Monday.
Another man was in custody.
The shooting was reported at 6:42 a.m. along the 79000 block of Montego Court, according to Riverside County Sheriff’s Sgt. Wallace Clear.
Deputies responded to find a man inside the residence with gunshot wounds.
Deputies took another man into custody at the scene.
The shooting was being investigated as a “domestic incident,” according to Riverside County Sheriff’s PIO Anthony Munoz.
No other details were provided by authorities.
The names of the suspect and dead man were not immediately released.
