Kids and cellphones don't go together says Governor Gavin Newsom-- at least not at school.

And local schools tell News Channel 3 they may enact new restrictions on cellphones– so kids can do better in school-- in the coming months.

News Channel 3’s Jeff Stahl is going in-depth with some reasons behind the governor’s urgent call to create campus "no phone zones."
