PSUSD Interim Superintendent, Dr. Tony Signoret, discussed with Peter Daut the upcoming school year, and changes everyone in the district can expect.
"We're going to put a big emphasis on attendance," Dr. Signoret said. "We really want to increase attendance district-wide." Daut asked him: "Attendance has dropped in the wake of covid?" Signoret replied, "It has. The pandemic created a lot of distractions for kids, a lot of habits that have been hard to break."
