Cooling off a bit this week

Highs today will still span the lower and middle 80s, but temps drop closer to seasonal normal as we head through midweek.

That ridge of high pressure breaks down overnight, allowing a weak storm system drops in. That will give us partly cloudy skies and very slim chance of showers.

Daytime highs will drop through the 70s for the rest of the week.

The best chance of showers would be Wednesday, but there's only a 20% chance of measurable rainfall.

Highs gradually cool into the lower and middle 70s through the weekend.
