American Foundation for Suicide Prevention returns to Palm Desert with ‘Out of Darkness Walk’

PALM DESERT, Calif. (KESQ) — September is National Suicide Prevention Month, but every day is an opportunity to remind those around you that they are not alone — which is exactly what this walk aims to do.

It is one of the largest suicide prevention events in the Coachella Valley and returns today.

The walk will take place at the Palm Desert Civic Center. Check in begins at 9 a.m., with the walk starting at 10 a.m.
