WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden is urging Democrats to wrap up talks and bring the social services and climate change bills at the center of his domestic initiative “over the finish line.” Biden wants an agreement before he departs Thursday for global summits overseas. To help get to an agreement, the president plans to speak to the House Democratic Caucus Thursday morning just hours before he leaves the country. Tempers flared among Democratic lawmakers late Wednesday after a billionaires’ tax and a paid family leave program fell out of the sweeping bill.
