Desert Healthcare District to hold monthly meeting via Zoom, here’s how to listen in

The Desert Healthcare District and Foundation Board of Directors is set to have their monthly meeting at 4 o’clock on Tuesday and the public can listen in by Zoom or telephone. 

The District is going to cover a number of topics and updates related to the coronavirus response here in the valley. They’re expected to discuss the expansion of testing through the valley’s federally qualified health centers, including Borrego Health, Clinicas de Salud de Pueblo and Desert AIDS Project. They’re going to discuss the $150,000 grants awarded to each of those centers. 

Other topics for Tuesday’s meeting include drive-thru testing, a plan to secure more PPE for staff, and then the district’s new bilingual website which can be found at www.dhcd.org
