The FEAR Haunted House is delivering on scares for the 13th year in a row at The Shops at Palm Desert.

The haunted house includes 16 horror themed rooms where actors wait to give their guests the perfect jumpscare.

The FEAR haunted house is fully run by volunteers; from the actors to the makeup artists that give them their frightening looks.

The haunt originally opened in 2009 by Sandra Wallace, who also works on Knott’s Scary Farm and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios.

Wallace says she is now working on ushering in the next generation of haunt owners in the desert.

Watch News Channel 3 this evening for more on how Wallace is training aspiring haunt owners. For more information on the haunt’s hours of operations and the cost of admissions, click here.
