Visit Greater Palm Springs offers free online hospitality course
Visit Greater Palm Springs is now offering their free, in-person TEAM GPS Champion class online to all Coachella Valley residents.
The two-hour course is designed to help those who are interested in or are currently working in hospitality industry understand the value of tourism to the valley and how to enhance the visitor experience.
The course also promises that participants will, “…gain more knowledge about what the Greater Palm Springs destination has to offer, including hidden gems, signature events and unique local businesses.”
