Fashion Week El Paseo to host international designs and highlight local shops

Fashion Week El Paseo, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, is returning to Palm Desert.

The event begins Friday, March 14, and concludes on March 21. Pieces from designers such as Max Mara, Simon Ungless, Leon Klaassen Bus, Cynthia Rowley, and Scooter LaForge will be featured.

Local shops will also participate in the event. Chrissy's on El Paseo will contribute to the "50 Shades of Pink" show on Monday.

Chrissy Armstrong, the founder and President of Chrissy's, expresses excitement about being part of the experience. "We have 10 local boutiques on El Paseo showcased," she says. "Chrissy's on El Paseo recently expanded, offering many more brands."

The event not only showcases fashion and design but also supports local charities like Safe House of the Desert, Girlfriend Factor, and Oak Grove Sanctuary.
