Firefighters contain fire to roof of Carls Jr. in Palm Springs, restaurant back open

Palm Springs Fire crews were able to quickly contain a fire on the roof of the Carl's Jr. restaurant at Sunrise and Ramon Road Thursday morning.

The fire was reported at around 7:40 a.m. Crews were able to contain the fire to the roof of the building.

No injuries were reported.

Fire officials originally said that the restaurant would be closed for the day, however, management told News Channel 3 that the restaurant is back open after getting the greenlight from the fire and health departments.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
