Indio residents worried about black mold and other issues

Residents at Mountain View Cottages in Indio face frustrations from tropical storm Hilary's aftermath and home issues, including leaks, black mold, and air quality problems.

The City of Indio is aware of these issues and has been working with the property manager to try to resolve the issues. 

Residents, however, feel as though the management has not done enough to provide them with a safe and healthy living environment. 

The cottages are located at 46299 Arabia Street.
