PALM DESERT, Calif. (KESQ) — Farmers across the nation are experiencing elevated diesel prices, with the national average at $6.20 per gallon. But in Riverside County, the average price per gallon for diesel is $8.06, according to AAA.

With prices above $8, farmers tell News Channel 3 they are forced to work with tighter margins.
