RM punches ticket to water polo championship and local student athletes ink college commitments

Rancho Mirage boys' water polo defeated San Bernardino 24-3 on Wednesday. The Rattlers now advance to the CIF-SS D7 championship, which is on Saturday 11/16.

Palm Desert boys' water polo didn't have the same fortune, falling to the top-ranked team in D5. The Aztecs lost 14-9 to Mission Viejo, ending their season.

Meanwhile, many local student athletes realized their dreams come true with early signing day.
