Alex Esquibel era officially underway for Shadow Hills football

Esquibel was officially hired Tuesday night after approval from the school district board but Blake Arthur and KESQ brought you the story earlier.

Esquibel replaces Ron Shipley to become the 2nd head coach in program history.

Prior to becoming the head coach, Esquibel coached at various levels within the program, as well as track and field.

Shadow Hills football went 4-6 last season, going 2-4 in league play and missing the playoffs.
