Rain Developing Overnight

A quick-moving area of low pressure will bring rain to the Coachella Valley, and snow to the higher elevations of SoCal overnight into Wednesday.

The rain is likely to start after about midnight and linger into Wednesday afternoon, drying up after 4 p.m. Your morning commute is likely to be the wettest part of the day, with heaviest of rains arriving between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Rainfall totals could reach over 0.50" in West valley locations, with lighter totals to the East.

The rain brings cooler highs, too.
