Sunshine Returns for NYE

After a bit of rain in the Valley yesterday afternoon and evening, skies are clearing out today. The rainfall was very light in most areas:

Today we'll be breezy and cool, with highs near seasonal normals.

As we transition to the New Year, we'll warm up a bit through the first weekend of 2020, with dry conditions expected into next week.
