Winds on the increase into the weekend

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (KESQ) - An area of low pressure drops in from the North delivering winds and cooler temps this weekend. Gusts are expected to reach near 40 m.ph.

The Jetstream also dips a bit, keeping the winds up through most of the day tomorrow. Winds will ease a bit on Sunday.

Winds will max out on Saturday afternoon and evening, so plan your weekend accordingly.

Highs today reach the lower 90s, much like yesterday.

Highs drop into the 80s this weekend, but triple digits return by the middle of next week.
