Above average temps persist through the week

High pressure continues it's iron grip across the Western U.S. keeping temps well above average into the weekend.

These warmer-than-normal temps are contributing to mild temps here, but also contributing to heavier-than-normal rainfall in the Pacific Northwest.

An atmospheric river of moisture brought heavy rain and flooding across the Seattle area, and will do so again today.

Temps will remain well above normal into the weekend and beyond.
