Sex offender nabbed by Border Patrol

A convicted sex offender was arrested by Border Patrol agents on Sunday as he tried to cross into the U.S. illegally. 3.8 quake near Los Angeles upgraded to 4.2

A magnitude-4.2 earthquake struck near Westwood Sunday, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries, authorities said.
