Inmates killed at California prison are identified

San Bernardino County authorities have identified two inmates killed at a federal prison in Southern California over the weekend. Sheriff’s Lt. Brad Toms identified the men Tuesday as 24-year-old Brian Kountz and 49-year-old Robert Howard Ferguson. Both men were pronounced dead at U.S. Penitentiary Victorville Saturday night.
