Palm Springs City Council divided over Virgin Hotel

We are learning new details tonight about plans for a Palm Springs hotel with ties to a now notorious developer.

In a contentious 3 to 2 vote, council members approved the Virgin Hotel development plans Wednesday night but the discussion isn’t over yet.
