Gradual warming and drying trend continues
Mostly clear skies and below-seasonal conditions are expected once again today as moisture lingers.
Dewpoints, however, have lowered into the 40s today as a gradual drying trend occurs across the region. Today will be a better day to use your evaporative or swamp coolers than yesterday.
Warmer and drier conditions are expected for the start of the work week as high pressure continues to build. On Monday, skies will remain clear as temperatures stay near the seasonal average (109°). Temperatures will peak by the middle of the week as they rise near 112°.
Temperatures are expected to sink once again as low pressure displaces the high pressure system. By the end of the work week, this will feel like a return to seasonal averages before temperatures dip below average over the weekend.
