High School Football Week 2 highlights and scores

Week 2 of the local high school football season sees all our local teams compete, some for the first time this season.

*GAME OF THE WEEK*
Rancho Mirage – 31 (2-0) at Coachella Valley – 0 (0-2)

Our game of the week featured the RMHS Rattlers visiting the CVHS Arabs. Both teams are coming off shutouts, one good and one bad.

The Rattlers rolled over the Twentynine Palms Wildcats, 38-0. Meanwhile, the Arabs lost 19-0 in Nevada against Foothill.

This week was no different for both teams. The Rattlers dominated the Arabs 31-0, the second consecutive shutout for both teams.
