NABC donates four cars to Coachella Valley community members

The National Auto Body Council (NABC) donated four cars to members of the Coachella Valley.

These cars were given through the Recycled Rides program and were refurbished by auto repair companies in the desert.

Donors from Allstate, Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club of Southern California, Hertz, Seigner's Collision and Fix Auto partnered with NABC to provide and repair the cars.

The recipients of the cars were three veterans and a single mother.

A golf tournament at the Westin Rancho Mirage followed the vehicle unveiling event. The proceeds of the tournament will go towards similar programs through the NABC.

Tune into News Channel 3 at 6:00 PM to hear from recipients and the event organizer.
