The 2024 election is just days away and climate change is an issue that is top of mind for many voters, especially here in the Coachella Valley.

The Coachella Valley is also home to a number of very competitive races on both the state and national levels.

Over the course of several weeks, I reached out to the candidates for California’s 41st congressional district and California Assembly District 47 to give them an opportunity to share their plans on how they plan to tackle climate change.

You can see what all the candidates we spoke with had to say about this crucial issue in a special report, The Race Against Climate Change, airing Thursday at 6:00 p.m. on News Channel 3.
