Extreme heat warning continues into the weekend

Highs today will reach 110, and will be even hotter tomorrow.

Dew points surged into the 70s yesterday afternoon, today it is modestly drier. We will keep an eye on our Doppler Radar to monitor potential thunderstorm development this afternoon and into the weekend.

High pressure remains the primary ingredient in our forecast, keeping the heat on the rise through Sunday.
