Four local wrestlers qualify for State Championship

Four local high school wrestlers from four different programs will be headed to next weekend’s State Championship in Bakersfield after podium finishes in the Master’s Meet. Troy Mantanona (3rd-Palm Desert), Ian Vasquez (6th-Coachella Valley), Jesus Garduno (6th-Indio), and Noel Magallanes (7th-La Quinta).
