Heat Advisory issued August 26 at 12:00PM PDT until August 28 at 8:00PM PDT by NWS San Diego CA

* WHAT…High temperatures in the 90s below 6000 feet expected.

* WHERE…San Bernardino County Mountains below 6000 feet.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Low temperatures 10 to 15 degrees above normal
will limit relief from the heat. Rising temperatures through Friday
will increase the threat of heat-related illness across
populations.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
