Former Student Athlete of the Week to play golf at Chapman

Another former Student Athlete of the Week, Danielle DeKock from Palm Desert is continuing her athletic career in college. DeKock was the captain of the dance and golf teams in high school. She is committed to playing Division III golf at Chapman University.

I'm so excited to attend Chapman University this fall, as it has everything I could ever want in a college experience, including college golf. Chapman University has always been a dream of mine and to have the opportunity to play college golf is a dream come true. I would like to thank my parents, friends, family, all of Palm Desert High School, and my high school golf coach Kaitlyn Ellis for helping me reach this goal," she said.
