Traffic backed up after accident involving big rig
Roads are blocked off in Bermuda Dunes after a two-vehicle accident involving a big rig.
The accident was reported at 3:25 pm near the intersection of Washington St and Avenue 41. The California Highway Patrol announced that two northbound lanes are blocked and westbound Avenue 41 from Washington is blocked. Those lanes were back open just before 5 pm.
