15-local track athletes set to represent valley at CIF Track Finals

The CIF preliminaries for track took place this weekend in D-1, D-2, D-3, & D-4 with the top-9 advancing to the CIF Finals. The Coachella Valley including the high desert will have 15 athletes representing in 17 total events. Here is the list of those moving on:

7th: Hailey Murdica- Palm Desert (D2 100yd Dash)

7th: Baylee Gonzalez- Palm Springs (D3 Shot Put)
8th: Maricela Wright- Palm Springs (D3 Long Jump)
8th: Tschaikowsky Brown- Palm Springs (D3 Triple)
