The preliminary hearing for a Yucca Valley man accused of killing his girlfriend’s 1-year-old son has been postponed until Sept 26. 35-year-old Arthur Thomas Davies appeared in Joshua Tree court today, over five months after he was charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s 1-year-old son.
