CCPD seizes cash and cocaine after car crash

Cathedral City Police found and seized nearly one pound of cocaine and two thousand dollars in cash after a traffic collision on Vista Chino and Landau on Friday evening.

According to CCPD’s social media, officers responded to the traffic collision but could not locate the driver of the vehicle where they found the illegal drugs and cash.

Cathedral City Police wrote a statement on Facebook: “This serves as a reminder that officers respond from call to call, never knowing what they are walking into. #PrideInService … #SayNoToDrugs.”
